We Visit Your Place :-
This is a pre-moving process. We will send a our field officer to your house to provide you with a free estimate. The field officer would take a survey of your possessions and the details of your destination. Depending on the move size an estimate would be prepared on the number of men, Trucks, packaging, material and insurance required. The person will also give you helpful tips for shifting. Once your receive your estimate, you may inform the field officer to plan your shifting & date of shifting. The officer would then provide you a copy of "Consignment Fix up Receipt" with the schedule necessary for packaging to the final destination.
Packing Process :-
It is a most important part of shifting. BLT Packers & Movers, we employ the highest quality packing standards coupled with the best available packaging material. Our 1 Supervisor and 4 packers come to your place to pack your possessions. Dedicated, trained crew is used throughout the packing & loading process.
Create Inventory List :-
We make all your items inventory before loading and provides a full itemization of a customer's belongings. As we load to container our supervisor will note the condition of each of your items. Your approval is necessary to make sure his description is accurate.
Loading and Transportation :-
The House hold items are now loaded in our closed and waterproof container & ready to shift to your new destination.
A personal assistance with your staff is also provided if required with the vehicle. He provide you all information according to your need.
As the crew begins to unload at your new residence, you should check off the items on your copy of the Inventory List as they are carried in. You should record any noticeable damage. Once you have completed your inventory check, our team will unpack your goods.
All items are unpacked and are moved in on a room-by-room basis. Breakables are unpacked over the box thereby reducing its chance of breakage. Our crew will assemble any furniture that has been packed in semi-knocked down condition. All the packing material will be taken away thereby making your new destination comfortable for you.
Storage can be arranged on a short-term basis, or for longer periods, depending on your requirements. We can provide you warehouse facilities to safely store your goods in a clean, safe environment.
Insurance is recommended for the goods that are to be sent in transit/re-located. The insurance can be processed through the insurance company and applicable insurance as suggested is recommended to be taken. We can take insurance on behalf of the party.
